The purpose is defined as the intended outcome of what you write, about what you aim to achieve from writing what you write. The purpose of a writing can easily change based on the different rhetorical elements such as audience. Purpose can be used along with persuasion to convince an audience to think, behave and or take an action the way that you intend.
Purpose in our writing can be represented and clarified using outside information, and persuasion. Each assignment in this class had it’s own purpose that it fulfilled, an example of this was the sets of instructions that we made at the start of the semester where my group and I wrote a set of instructions on how to replace an ink cartridge on a canon printer. The purpose of this assignment was to inform people who didn’t know how to replace an Ink cartridge on a canon printer.
